Seamless. Sectional gutters have a joint every few feet, and every joint is a future leak.
Are gutter guards worth it?
If trees hang over your roof, usually yes: clogged gutters overflow behind the fascia and feed ice dams in winter. Under open sky, plain gutters may be all you need.
Should I replace gutters when I replace my roof?
Often it makes sense: the old gutters come off during tear-off anyway, and new drip edge and gutters can be fitted to each other.
