On Point JD LLC (“OnPoint JD”, “we”) runs onpointjd.com. This page explains what we collect, what we do with it, and how our text messages work. Last updated October 1, 2026.
What we collect
Only what you type into a form on this site: your name, phone number, the property address, and anything you add, such as an email address, the service you need, and notes about the job. We also keep basic technical details that every website gets, like the page you came from.
How we use it
To answer your request: to call or text you back, schedule an inspection, send a quote, and do the work. We do not sell, rent or trade your information, and we do not use it to advertise other companies’ products.
Text messages (SMS)
- How you opt in. When you send a request through a form on this site and give us your mobile number, you agree that OnPoint JD may text you about that request: a confirmation that we got it, scheduling, and updates on your job.
- How often. Message frequency varies with your job, usually a few messages per request.
- Cost. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
- Stop any time. Reply STOP to any message and we stop texting you. Reply HELP for help, or call (567) 708-8001.
- No sharing. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Who else handles it
A few service providers process your information only so we can run this site and reply to you: our website host, our email provider and our text-message provider. They may not use it for anything else.
How long we keep it
As long as we need it to serve you and keep business and warranty records, then we delete it. Ask us and we will delete your information sooner, unless the law requires us to keep it.
